Shipping Policy

1. Made-to-Order Timing

Every item in our shop is made to order specifically for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and processed before it is dispatched.

• Priority Requests: If you need your order processed urgently for a special event or deadline, please leave a note in the order comments at checkout. While we cannot guarantee a specific date, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you and prioritise your craft.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

*Please note: Delivery times apply after the 2–5 day production period. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside of Australia, please email us with your delivery address and the items you wish to purchase. We will provide you with a custom shipping quote and estimated timeframe.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a re-shipping fee will apply.
