Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Australia-Wide Delivery: We ship to all locations within Australia, including every state, territory, and regional area.
International Requests: While we don't offer automated international checkout, we can ship overseas upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping:
NSW - NSW: 2-4 business days
NSW - Other States: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping:
NSW - NSW: 1-2 business days
NSW - Other States: 1-3 business days
Returns
How do I return an item?
1. Check the Timeline
You must contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
2. Email for Approval
Please email adisciplesjourneyy@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
- Clear Photos of the fault or the damage.
- A brief description of the issue.
3. Ship the Item Back
Once we review your email and approve the return for inspection:
- You will need to mail the item back to us.
- Note: You are responsible for the initial shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable service via Australia Post, as we cannot process a refund for items lost in transit.
4. Inspection and Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- If the item is confirmed faulty: We will refund your purchase price plus the return shipping costs (please keep your postage receipt!). You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
- If the item is not found to be faulty: It will be returned to you at your expense.
Important Reminders:
- No Change of Mind: Because every item is hand-drawn and made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.
- Keep it Original: Items must be in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a fault inspection.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 2–3 business days. If a refund is approved, the funds will be issued back to your original payment method; please note that it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction in your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Unfortunately, because every item is made to order and hand-crafted specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for different items, sizes, or designs if you change your mind.
Stamp Care
How do I look after my stamp?
Stamp Care Instructions
- Clean After Use: Gently wipe your stamp with a damp, lint-free cloth or a baby wipe (alcohol-free is best) after every use. This prevents ink from drying in the fine grooves of the hand-drawn design.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use acetone, bleach, or oil-based cleaners, as these can break down the stamp material. Mild soapy water is all you need for stubborn ink.
- Store Correctly: Keep your stamps in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. High heat or constant sun exposure can cause the material to become brittle or warp over time.
- Dry Completely: If you wash your stamp with water, let it air dry completely before storing it away to prevent any moisture from being trapped.
